Manpreet Kaur, the founder of Sped Consulting and School Psychologist with 5 years of experience, is dedicated to promoting the mental and emotional well-being of students. Specializing in assessments and interventions, Manpreet is passionate about creating inclusive and supportive learning environments, contributing to the holistic development of diverse student populations.
Dr. Cusimano, a licensed educational psychologist, with over 15 years of expertise within the public education system, specializing in the assessment and intervention of learning and behavioral challenges. With a profound passion for aiding individuals in understanding and overcoming educational obstacles, Dr. Cusimano is dedicated to empowering students, fostering successful and joyful lives through the provision of a safe, non-judgmental environment. Building a strong foundation of trust in a collaborative manner, she maintains a positive attitude throughout her work.
Christine Quecan, a School Psychologist of 5 years, is passionate about supporting students and families of diverse backgrounds and educational experiences. Such support may include providing psychoeducational assessments, consulting with IEP teams, and acting as a liaison between students and educational resources. Christine is bilingual, with proficiency in Spanish. She enjoys collaborating with students and their support network to provide a positive educational experience.
Julie is a pediatric speech-language pathologist, with 5 years of experience, who is knowledgeable in working with children with a variety of speech and language disorders. She completed her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and went on to receive her Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy at Northwestern University. Julie is passionate about early language development, parent coaching, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and working with children with developmental differences. She is originally from Chicago but now lives in the Bay Area with her husband and dog, Chewbacca.
Aman Singh has over 7 years of experience in technology and sales. Aman brings a wealth of expertise in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results. As the Business Director and Co-founder of Sped Consulting, Aman spearheads the company's operations, focusing on providing the highest quality services in the special education space. His dedication to fostering impactful solutions and sustainable growth ensures Sped Consulting continues to make a meaningful difference in the communities it serves.
Melanie was born and raised in California and has spent most of her professional experience working in Northern Nevada. She completed her undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology in 2013 and her Master's degree in Speech Pathology in 2015, both at the University of Nevada.
She is a speech-language pathologist with 10 years of experience working with adults in home health and skilled nursing, as well as children in home and schools with an additional four years of experience working with children with autism as a behavior interventionist. Melanie is passionate about working with students, their families, and teams to improve communication skills and self-advocacy to ensure the greatest quality of life.
Melanie enjoys spending time outside with her husband, three children, and akita, Summer.
